Event Overview:
These 6-in-1 events brought together partners and associates from over 20 of our clients’ international offices. Conscious of their carbon footprint, our client was seeking a location that would be accessible by train from their largest European offices, and could accommodate all 6 retreats back-to-back. The 6 events ranged in size from 60 to 400 delegates, and involved theatre-style plenary sessions, break-outs, networking receptions, and off-site dinners.
With only a 4-month lead time, our team managed a seamless execution across all 6 retreats, from delegate management, through production, to event logistics. We ensured all events maintained the same standard of quality and that our client’s brand was consistently represented across each of them.
