Digital Engagement Campaign

Brief: Develop a creative communications campaign to refresh the image of a well-known optical lens brand
We delivered two full-service engagement campaigns, from the creative concept to an in-store and digital activation. The campaigns were aimed at the public and eye care professionals. They successfully reached both target audiences and resulted in a bold, bright and successful refresh of the brand, with significant increases in customer engagement and interaction.
We supported on the following aspects:
- Creating an online engagement strategy aimed at the public, which focused on ‘searching for the faces and feelings of Great Britain’
- Creating a second campaign, aimed at eye care professionals starting with an internal communications campaign that led to a live launch event
- Organizing a live studio broadcast where the company’s senior management was able to share the entire campaign and vision with the their UK teams
