Event Overview:
We engineered a week-long car launch of two vehicles with a daily rotation of journalists and influencers. The guests arrived and undertook an exciting route along mixed roads from Aberdeen Airport to Fasque Castle where a full traditional Scottish banquet was held. The following day they drove the 2nd car to a famous lunch spot, before driving to the airport, as the next group arrived.
We supported on the following aspects:
- Full delegate management of the guests from registration to on-site, including flights and rooming lists
- Working with trusted automotive management suppliers to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the cars
- Organizing unique high-end dining experiences
- Structuring drive routes and guest journeys
- Video and digital content capture throughout the event
