What have been your top three achievements at Pure?
- In just seven months, I’ve delivered a huge variety of events – from international incentives to large-scale summer parties and conferences. I’ve managed all logistics and stakeholder coordination with precision to ensure everything ran smoothly.
- I’ve also focused on building new client relationships while continuing to nurture long-standing ones.
- It’s been a fast-paced start, and I’m really proud of how quickly I’ve settled in, learned new systems, and taken ownership of projects across multiple client accounts.
What do you enjoy most about your role as Event Manager at Pure?
Definitely the variety, no two days or clients are ever the same. One moment I’m deep in logistics, the next I’m brainstorming creative ideas. And of course, nothing beats being on-site and seeing it all come to life. What makes it even better is working with the Pure team. Everyone is so supportive, knowledgeable, and collaborative, and there’s so much to learn from each person. It’s inspiring to be part of a team that’s not only talented but genuinely enjoys creating amazing experiences together.
Can you share a favourite client event you’ve delivered and why it stood out?
One of my favourite events was a three-day international incentive in Istanbul earlier this year. It really stood out for the incredible teamwork, meticulous attention to detail, and how seamlessly everything came together on-site. We were based across the Bosphorus, which created a beautiful backdrop for the experience, blending traditional Turkish culture with the city’s modern energy. From spectacular dinners to engaging team-building activities, it was a perfect balance of culture, connection, and fun. Seeing delegates fully immersed in the programme and the client delighted with the outcome made it a true highlight.
What trends in events excite you most right now?
I’m really inspired by how technology and sustainability are shaping the future of events. From using AI tools to streamline planning and personalise attendee experiences, to the growing commitment to creating environmentally responsible events. It’s exciting to see innovation and positive impact working together.
What advice would you give to someone stepping into event management today?
Stay curious, adaptable, and calm under pressure. Things rarely go 100% to plan! Being solution-focused is key. Build strong relationships, ask questions, and learn from every event, no matter the size. Most importantly, enjoy it – it’s one of the most rewarding and dynamic industries to be part of.
