In February 2021 Pure Communications Group launched their ENGAGEMENT SERIES which included creation of an event identity, a full communications campaign, supporting whitepapers and a series of live broadcasts. The series to date has consisted of three insightful topics including The Future of the Employee Experience, Creative Communications and the Customer Experience and How to Navigate Continually Evolving Virtual, Hybrid and Live Experiences. To support each session, we formed a panel of brand engagement, internal communications and event experts to share their opinions on the matters. We hired a professional studio in central London and broadcast our sessions live for the viewers watching at home. The broadcast was interactive with poll questions, surveys and live chat features. This achieved a highly slick, TV-like experience for our audienceEach session was supported with a communications campaign including teaser emails, panellists reveals, social media content, LinkedIn adverts and feedback surveys. Following each session, video recordings were made available so those who missed the session could watch on demand, with the whitepapers also sent to all those who attended. The ENGAGEMENT SERIES has received phenomenal feedback to date and Pure Communications Group will continue to run the series throughout the first half of 2021.
