Lego Play Day

We have been enormously proud to work with one of the world’s biggest brands on a strategically vital employee engagement initiative, the Lego Play Day. 

The activation takes place globally and we have been delighted to secure and retain the brief for Lego’s UK staff for an immersive and creative activity day in London. 

The overall strategic intent is to build teamship and immerse Lego’s people in the mind-set of its young customers through play. Our creative and content team worked closely with our production and delivery function on bringing to life the world of Lego. This included the creation of a doggy destress area, an escape room experience, Batak, spaghetti towers and robot building sessions. 

We also worked to create key event collateral including the welcome pack, joining instructions, agenda, maps, food tokens and the important ‘skill tower’, made from small pieces of Lego that attendees would build as they navigate each zone.
