Product Training – smart
Delivering product training in Valencia saw us work in close collaboration with the brand’s European dealer network to ensure event allocation was filled. Our digital team created an entirely bespoke website portal with full GDPR and ISO27001 compliance to manage delegate data and information.
We worked closely with the brands to personalise the guest experience including the provision of personal itineraries and luggage tags to ensure seamless joining and a personal touch for guests.
Our delivery team acted as 24-hour support for the booking and cancellation of travel and guest arrangements. During and post-event we developed full-scale reports to ensure absolute transparency on ROI.
A-Class UK Media Launch
There are fewer more complex briefs than delivering a fully immersive press drive during a Scottish winter. Fortunately, our production and delivery team (and the winter tyres they specified) were up to the challenge,
The event took in a challenging yet complementary drive route with guests piloting the cars along mixed roads from Aberdeen Airport to Fasque Castle where a full traditional Scottish Banquet awaited.
Detail is always the key to a successful press launch and our lunch in the famous Copper Dog pub certainly fulfilled that element of the brief. Once hired by Kate Moss, it represents the epitome of modern sensibility married to traditional local charm.
Our video and digital capability shone throughout, with the adverse conditions allowing some stunning footage to be captured before the journalists departed.
