Brief:    To create a spell-binding experience for 2,000 people at a location with sustainability as a focus

Event Overview:

We curated a unique weekend incentive for our client’s employees, their partners and children. We negotiated approximately £300K off the initial cost of the proposition, and provided accommodation across 2 hotels for the group. We created an extraordinary Friday evening experience which culminated in a privatisation of Disneyland Paris for our client and  included lighting up the Disney castle in their brand colors. We started Saturday with team-building activities and finished with a spectacular gala dinner for 1,700 people followed by an exceptional band and DJ until the early hours. All of this was done placing a firm emphasis on sustainability, and being mindful of our client’s and suppliers’ carbon footprints.

We supported on the following aspects:

  • Building and creating content for the registration website
  • Designing the event app and driving the communications campaign
  • All delegate and travel management, chartering Eurostar trains, booking individual seat reservations 
  • Rooming lists and onsite execution of the event
  • Creative design of the entire experience 
  • The overall creative ‘red thread’ of the event to ensure that key messages and objectives for the company were met
  • All production elements of the event such as designing an outdoor terrace at the Disney Events Arena and executing ‘the show’ during the evening
