Corporate Festival Goes Online, Celebrating their 20th Year Anniversary
How do you produce an online event which oozes engagement and boosts staff morale? We’ll tell you and give you the tools to do exactly this!
On Friday Pure delivered an online festival event for 700 management consultants, who were all meant to be at the stunning Holkham Hall this weekend enjoying a phenomenal festival for their 20th anniversary. Sadly, due to the current pandemic environment, the event was cancelled, but they chose not to cancel the fun….so we produced a 2-hour festival online instead!
The Managing Partner (armed with a pink flamingo) chaired a live broadcast ‘Ant and Dec’ style from their brand new offices in Victoria, and we all shared in the most amazing videos and photos from the families and friends of the company, showcasing the highlights from the last 20 years as well as some of the crazy things they have all been doing during lockdown. We danced around our gardens and living rooms to some phenomenal musical artists, including their inhouse company band! Some key highlights were:
- Cocktail making classes;
- Origami classes;
- Guest signing and band performances;
- collaborative and secret Spotify playlist;
- Edited client footage into celebratory content pieces and a 20yr timeline;
- Created a ‘trailer’ for internal awareness;
What a way to feel uplifted and to bring a huge sense of collaboration and togetherness on a Friday, and the best bit was….it was incredibly inexpensive to produce!
We had over 586 unique device plays with our audience spread over desktop, tablet, TV and mobile devices in countries from the UK to Germany, USA, Vietnam, Singapore, Poland, Australia, Canada, Spain and Sweden!
Adapting to change is imperative and many of our clients are now all planning online experiences for internal and external audiences. We have been delivering their content and have designed the creative experience around the virtual event.
What are the advantages of an online experience?
- The audience reach is far greater than a live event
- The messaging campaign can last far longer in many instances
- Data analysis and collation of this is often easier and its quicker to understand levels of engagement and ROI
Other recent online events we have produced included a Key Note discussion on the topic of Diversity and Inclusivity for 220 people, bringing the highly inspirational Grazia Pecoraro into the virtual room to discuss this pertinent subject as well as Musical Bingo for 150 people across Europe aimed to boost staff morale and bring people together after a difficult past few month.
