2023 Ski Incentive

Event Overview:

This annual ski trip has seen us take our client to the very top ski resorts in Europe – this year, it was Verbier. We organized transport, accommodation, and entertainment for 40 guests, greeting them in their rooms with personalised gifts. The group enjoyed fine dining experiences, alongside authentic chalet nights, as well as traditional bars. Aside from incredible skiing, we arranged a toboggan experience for the client and went out to apres.

We supported on the following aspects:

• Venue sourcing and management
• All transport logistics including flight bookings and airport transfers
• Delegate management and hotel rooming lists
• Booking all catering and après ski destinations, including dinner and drinks options
• Arranged skiing guides for less experienced skiers
• Arranged all ski passes and equipment hie
• Delivering branded gifts and room drops for each guest
• Toboggan experience
